Terms & Conditions — Istana2000 Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Istana2000 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Istana2000 website located at https://istana2000.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, account features, payment processing functions, and communications offered through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Istana2000 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

Istana2000 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia, including users based in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, and other locations throughout Malaysia. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account with Istana2000, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Istana2000 operates a strict minimum age policy in line with international licensed casino standards. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You hold a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License) or equivalent government-issued identification that you are able to produce upon request.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino or betting services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of your access or play.
• You have not previously been subject to self-exclusion, account closure, or suspension on the Istana2000 platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or direct family member of an employee of Istana2000 or any of its affiliated entities, payment processors, or game providers.

When registering an Account on Istana2000, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You must maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly in the event of any change.

Istana2000 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before confirming deposit transactions above specified thresholds. This requirement exists to protect the platform against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's License. The document must be current and the name, photograph, and date of birth must be clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (TNB, Indah Water, Telco), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the three months prior to submission. The document must display your full name and registered address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document beside your face. Both your face and the identity document details must be clearly visible.
• Payment Method Verification: In some cases, confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet account or bank statement) may be required.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within24 to 48 hours of submission under normal operating conditions. You will receive a notification once your verification is complete. Istana2000 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to hold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.

Istana2000 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by offer (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x the bonus amount) and are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are published on each offer's specific terms page.
• One Offer Per User: Welcome bonuses and new player offers are available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple claims using different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Istana2000 reserves the right to void bonuses, withold withdrawals, and close Accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk accumulator patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Maximum Withdrawable Winings: Some promotional offers include a maximum withdrawable amount from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, will be stated in the specific offer terms.

All bets placed on the Istana2000 platform are subject to the game rules and betting conditions applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors in the betting interface that result in manifestly incorrect odds or payouts are subject to correction, and affected bets may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time, including immediately prior to or during an event, due to technical issues, incorrect odds, or changes in match conditions. Bets placed during a market suspension may be voided.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG games) or by live dealer play observed via real-time video stream (for live dealer games). All outcomes are final.
• Istana2000 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits per market, per event, or per user account at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, Istana2000's decision, based on available evidence including system logs, game provider records, and video replay data, shall be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Istana2000 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referal to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical device to place bets, exploit bonus terms, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to multi-player game collusion designed to transfer funds or gain unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or other competitive formats.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or via a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any Account-related process.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Such gains will be voided and the relevant balance held pending investigation.
• Money laundering, or any attempt to use the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing legitimate deposit transactions with your payment provider without first seeking resolution through Istana2000 support.
• Sharing account credentials, allowing third parties to access your Account, or playing on behalf of another person.

All content published on the Istana2000 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, data, software, trademarks, trade dress, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of Istana2000 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, republishing, scraping, storing, or transmitting any platform content without the prior written consent of Istana2000. Any unauthorised use of platform content will constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Istana2000 and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access to your Account.

Istana2000 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or information, content, games, or materials included therein, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Istana2000 Account in the twelve months preceding the date of the relevant claim.

Istana2000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of account registration or ongoing use.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account policies.
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction requiring account closure or funds restraint.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after deduction of amounts subject to ongoing investigation or dispute will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds will not be returned upon account closure.

Istana2000 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools within your Account dashboard to help you maintain control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum net loss thresholds over specified time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders displayed at intervals showing the time elapsed and net outcome of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account for cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

Istana2000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a notification displayed upon login. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

Your continued use of the platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of Istana2000 as a licensed platform operator. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact our support team to seek resolution through our internal complaints procedure.

All communications regarding formal disputes must be submitted in writing to our support team at the email address set out in Section 17. Istana2000 will acknowledge receipt of formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 28 days.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or data protection legislation.
